First floor: entrance, large living room, small kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140, 2 wc, 2 shower rooms. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 beds 80 and the other with 1 bed 140). The price includes gas heating but not electricity and electric heating on the first floor (extra charge). In Vierzon: all amenities, river Cher and its tributaries (fishing), Canal de Berry à Vélo. Nearby: Sologne, Beauval zoo.

During his vacations, if requested, owner would be willing to stay with company for more than 15 days (contact him).
