In the heart of the Sancerre Vineyard, with unobstructed views over the vines, come and recharge your batteries in this large 196 m² house with parking and 750 m² enclosed private garden + 1500 m² unenclosed plot (garden furniture, deckchairs, traditional BBQ + optional WEBER BBQ/Plancha). From May to September, enjoy the heated saltwater swimming pool.

First floor: - large 38 m² living/dining room with 2 dining tables, fireplace, - fully fitted and equipped kitchen, - large bedroom (bed 160) with Italian shower 160x90, WC, dressing room. 1st floor: - landing converted into games room, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom. 1 triple bedroom + 1 Mezzanine bed 90, all with beds 140, - bathroom with bath and shower 90x90, WC, dressing room. High-speed fiber Internet.

[i] Take advantage of our 'ready-to-live-in' Holiday cottage package, which includes a personalized welcome, bed linen/towels/towels, beds made on arrival, housekeeping/cleaning inside and out at least once a week, breakfast ingredients (bread and pastries delivered on request), all basic ingredients for cooking or cleaning (to reduce your luggage).

We can also provide you with a Kit BB (heating costs 36€/24H if necessary). Option BBQ + gas cube Plancha gaz Weber : 67 euros to be paid on arrival. Doggie option : 40€/stay. (Sancerre has a DogFriendly activity program!) Please note that the Cottage's enclosed garden is quite small (750m2), so it's suitable for a dog who doesn't need much space to run around. Unlike our other two Holiday cottages, which have private gardens of over 5000m2 Outside: from May to September, enjoy the shared heated saltwater swimming pool (L 10m x W 3m x D 1m50) Services: all the ingredients to get your stay off to a good start are provided - it's up to you to replace them for subsequent guests!

The aim of this large Holiday cottage is to bring together, in the center of France, people who are far apart and who want to spend some quality time together, to reduce the need for everyone to travel. No parties allowed outside after 10pm.
