Gîtes Les Barrats

Two large Holiday cottages face each other, joined by an English garden. They are neat and spacious, and can accommodate up to 27 people with 23 single beds in 11 rooms. They are located in the heart of nature, below a Forest, facing pastures, fields and the first hills of the Sancerrois region. One of the Holiday cottages has a large living room. A swimming pool is available (May to September), as well as playgrounds, an orchard, various garden areas, sandboxes, a shed with a ping-pong table - Located 15 minutes from Sancerre, and 10 minutes from the pottery village of La Borne.

Les Barrats is a popular place for family and/or friends to gather. There are plenty of facilities for Kids and babies.
Piscine 7.50 x 3.50 m. X 1.15 m. (depth) - open from mid-May to mid-September. Fenced, unheated saltwater Piscine with a single, secure access gate.
The Barrats are also ideal for business meetings in a "family" setting, and for themed holidays, sporting or otherwise (Hiking, mountain biking, discovering vineyards or wood-fired ceramics, etc.).
Bed linen provided and installed. The kitchens are spacious and well-equipped (kitchen towels and potholders provided). Wood for approval fireplaces is provided for winter stays.
On-site activities include ceramics workshops (clay modeling), beekeeping and yoga.
