Welcome to "Les Mésanges", a charming gîte for up to 4 people. Comprising two bedrooms, a modern shower room, and convivial living spaces, the gîte offers a warm and functional experience.

Gite features :
Capacity: The gîte can accommodate up to 4 people.
Comfortable bedrooms: Two bedrooms are available, one with a 160 X 200 bed and the other with a drawer bed offering two 90 X 190 beds.
Functional bathroom: A modern bathroom completes the ensemble, offering comfort and practicality. The toilet is also independent.
Spacious living spaces: The kitchen opens onto the living/dining room, offering over 30 square meters of space for conviviality.
Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people with all modern conveniences, including a fridge and freezer in the adjoining utility room.
Cosy ambience: A wood-burning stove adds a warm, cosy touch, perfect for cooler evenings. On arrival (depending on the season), a basket of wood will be offered for a first flambé (wood at extra charge).
Easy access: the single-storey gîte is easily accessible from the D41, which runs alongside the accommodation.
Outside space: An unenclosed garden surrounds the house, with garden furniture and a barbecue to make the most of the outdoors.
Gite facilities: The gite is equipped with WiFi, TV, board games and books, offering a variety of entertainment options.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not accepted.
There is a mezzanine which is not accessible to the gîte's occupants. A barrier secures the staircase in the event of the presence of small children.

CP89 Le Berry dans un joli nid
Idéalement situé entre Bourges et Ménetou-Salon, cette jolie maison, proche de celle des propriétaires mais totalement indépendante, s'est avérée un lieu de vie très agréable pour notre semaine de vacances. Très lumineuse grâce à la grande baie vitrée et à une grande hauteur sous plafond, la pièce principale est décorée de copies de tableaux (Modigliani, Dalí) qui confèrent aux murs blancs de belles touches de couleur. Espace, confort, lumière. Un poêle à bois fonctionnel apporte, si besoin, la touche chaleureuse d'une flambée le soir venu. Très agréable ! La cuisine ouverte et une mezzanine renforcent l'impression de clarté et d'espace de cette belle pièce. La salle d'eau est spacieuse, bien chauffée. La literie est très confortable, et nous avons apprécié la grande baie vitrée, plein Est, de la chambre principale, avec vue sur la nature et soleil levant. Quant à la terrasse, très attirante pourtant, le temps médiocre et de toute façon trop frais ne nous a malheureusement pas permis d'en profiter, mais elle nous a fait de l’œil toute la semaine.
Il faut signaler l'excellent accueil des propriétaires. Rosa et Alain sont d'une extrême gentillesse, à l'écoute, très soucieux du confort de leurs hôtes, très discrets et pas du tout envahissants. On a eu l'impression d'être accueillis par des amis. C'est assez rare pour être signalé, foi de vieux habitués des Gîtes de France.- Cleanliness
