In the center of the Sancerre-Bourges-Nevers axis and close to Avord's 702 air base, in a lively market town, a stopover village on the St Jacques de Compostelle pilgrimage route, the gîte is close to the owners' home, with private terrace and enclosed garden. Private outdoor parking and bicycle garage. The gîte is housed in a 19th-century stone house fully renovated in 2019.

Ground floor: dining room, open-plan kitchen, living room, bedroom with en-suite shower room/wc (2 beds 80 cm or 1x160), utility room with laundry room, wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with private shower room/wc (2 beds 80 cm or 1x160 cm).
All three bathrooms have walk-in showers.
The two upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.
High chair and cot available;
Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, board games, books, pétanque, etc...
Rates include heating, water, electricity, bed linen (beds made up on arrival), towels and table linen. Cleaning required for professionals, optional for individuals: €70.
