On the site of a 15th-century mill on the banks of the Arnon, set in an 18th-century longère, independent gîte with large private, unfenced grounds (direct access to the river), close to the owners' house - Fishing in the river possible with a card available from the town hall or tourist office - Private parking, possibility of garage for motorcycles.

The ground floor features a large living area; the first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet - On the second level, there are 3 adjoining bedrooms: 2 with a 160-cm bed each and 1 walk-through bedroom with two 90-cm beds, equipped with air conditioning.
Rates include beds made on arrival and oil heating - Bath linens are optional - A mandatory cleaning service fee of €80 for business guests is payable separately.
A baby bed and high chair are available - Wi-Fi - The owners allow pets, provided they get along with the family dog.
