Close to the vineyards of Quincy (20 km) and Reuilly (15 km), comfortable, self-contained gîte in an old Berrichonne farmhouse and its renovated outbuilding, set in 1000 m² of wooded grounds with covered carport.

Ground floor: entrance, fitted kitchen (microwave, freezer), living room (sofa bed 140), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 crib), bathroom, wc, laundry room - 1st floor: landing/den, 2 bedrooms. air-conditioned (one with 1 bed 140, the other with 3 beds 90), shower room, wc - Garden furniture, barbecue, portico, table tennis, sand pit, boules pitch - Linen provided and full bedding supplied free of charge (sheets, blankets, cushions, etc...) - beds not made on arrival - Oil-fired heating and electricity charged (beyond the 8 Kw/h offered per day) according to consumption. Pets accepted, maximum 2 - A20 4 km away, A71 and A85 10 km away.

Heating: oil-fired central heating (independent thermostat on each radiator). Prices according to consumption. Reversible heat pump in both upstairs bedrooms (8Kw free per day, consumption beyond this billed).
