Welcome to the heart of the winegrowing village of Sancerre, in a village house dating from the early 20th century, carefully renovated to combine authenticity, comfort and easy living.

This spacious Holiday cottage welcomes you all year round for a stay with family, friends or loved ones. From the espaliered terraces, admire the vineyards as far as the eye can see, explore the surrounding trails, or relax over a glass of Sancerre... unless you'd prefer a tasting directly in our cellar, which we'd be delighted to offer you!


First floor: large, bright living room (hifi), functional fitted kitchen (microwave, freezer, dishwasher) opening onto terrace, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, 1 shower room - separate WC.

Upstairs - 2 bedrooms: 1 with 140 cm bed and 1 160 cm bed (convertible into 2 80 cm beds), 1 shower room - separate WC

Facilities/services : Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, electric heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, wifi, garden furniture, barbecue, lovely grounds with fruit trees overlooking vineyards.

Outside & setting: two furnished terraces overlooking the vineyards, unenclosed espalier garden with direct access to paths leading into the vineyards, outdoor parking nearby, authentic, rustic ambience in a calm, natural setting.
