It consists of:
⁃ Outside: large enclosed grounds of 4500 m2 with secure parking, 60 m2 terrace (with SPA 6 people, table, BBQ...), children's games, petanque court, etc....
⁃ Ground floor: entrance hall with staircase, living room with table soccer, dining room, modern fitted kitchen with stand-up eating island, shower room, bedroom or playroom as required and WC with washing machine.
- On the 1st floor: a bedroom (bed 160)with spacious Private shower room and WC, a landing reading area and a large bedroom (bed 160) that can accommodate a crib with a Private shower room with WC.
⁃ 2nd floor: two bedrooms with 1 90cm bed and two 80cm beds that can be grouped together to make a 160cm bed, a bathroom and WC.
The gîte is air-conditioned, linen is optional (sheets and towels), cleaning is included and compulsory. Pets accepted on request. Baby equipment available on request.
The gîte is available from July 8, 2023, by the week or weekend.
