Gîte des Pâtureaux

The Pâtureaux gîte welcomes you between the Loire and its lateral canal. It's close to La Charité-sur-Loire and its town center with all amenities, as well as the Loire à Vélo cycle route.

In a fully refurbished former precision engineering workshop, you'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The entrance hall leads to a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room, a living room (sofa bed), a separate toilet and a laundry room. A master suite with 1 x 160cm bed, private shower room and separate toilet. A second bedroom on the ground floor with a 16 x 190 cm bed and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a large bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90 and a children's corner with 2 beds 90 and a cot, a shower room with a changing table, and an independent toilet. A 3rd shower is available in the pool area. Extra bed for child. THE PRICE PER NIGHT IS VALID FOR TWO ADULTS, SEE OPTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. Rates are 100 euros per night for two adults. For children aged 1 to 12: 25 euros per night per child and for children aged 13 to 17: 35 euros per night per child.
Optional sheet hire at 70 euros for 4 beds for two nights at the weekend. Optional sheet rental for two beds at 35 euros for two nights at the weekend. Sheet rental for 6 beds at 90 euros at the weekend.
Cleaning of mattress covers at 20 euros and miscellaneous.
Disinfection package at 40 euros
Sauna at 35 euros for a 2-night weekend, and sauna for a week's stay at 70 euros.
Towel hire at 20 euros for two adults for a weekend 2 nights.
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 2,500 euros for all house and leisure equipment (swimming pool, spa, sauna), which will be returned to you after your departure if no damage is found.
You will be asked to provide proof of civil liability and holiday insurance.
