Located in the center of the village of Parassy, in a peaceful setting, this Holiday cottage is ideal for couples, families or wine-lovers.
Semi-detached from the owners' house, this cosy holiday cottage combines modern comforts with old-fashioned charm, with its exposed beams and stone walls giving it an authentic feel.

A spacious, convivial interior: on the first floor, you'll find :
- A large, light-filled living room with lounge, dining area and fully-equipped open kitchen, ideal for entertaining.
- A comfortable bedroom with double bed (140x190), generous storage space and ground-level access.
- A modern, functional bathroom.
- Direct access to the garden via the scullery.

This Holiday cottage is particularly suitable for people with limited mobility, thanks to the absence of steps and the ground-level layout of the rooms (living room, shower room with WC, bedroom).

Upstairs, a charming open-plan mezzanine bedroom awaits you, equipped with a 160x200 bed (convertible into 2 80x200 beds) and storage space.

Enjoy a private outdoor space in the shade of a cherry tree, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a plancha for al fresco dining. You also have access to the garden shared with the owners. Non-smoking accommodation.
