Au Clos du Parc

Near Sancerre and its vineyards, "Au Clos du Parc" is a self-contained, single-storey gîte in a recently renovated early 20th-century outbuilding, close to the owners' home, with terrace and enclosed garden - Private parking - 10x5 m swimming pool, open and heated from June to September, shared with the owners and their family.

Comprising: living room, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with 160 cm bed and 2 with 2 90 cm beds each), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom and 2 separate WCs - Everything for baby - Garden furniture, gas barbecue - Electric heating at extra charge in off-season from October to May.
Outdoor games (badminton, molky, pétanque, balls, croquet, ping-pong, pool games...), swing and small slide.
Price includes sheets, towels, household linen, cleaning and disinfection.
Electric heating not included.
Beds made up on arrival.

Swimming pool 10x5 m, open and heated from June to September, to be shared with the owners and their family.
The swimming pool rules will be given to you on arrival.
It must be read, signed and returned to the owner before using the pool.

Pool towels are not included in the price.
