Villa Tranquillité, usually a bed and breakfast, exceptionally offers all its comfortable accommodation, which will delight and surprise you with its view of the Nantes-Brest canal. The 30m² living room is spacious enough to welcome the whole family, or sit down to an aperitif with friends. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing festive dishes. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and you won't have to worry about their upkeep when you leave. In the large garden, peacocks and cats will be there to keep you company. A dream home for unforgettable celebrations! You'll be able to walk or cycle along the canal, or visit the surrounding sites. The Pays de Pontivy, a land of art and history, is full of sites to discover and small towns of character, as well as local products and crafts. From Rohan, you'll have access to many well-known sites, both to the north and to the south. What a pleasure!

The Villa comprises:
- 1st floor: living room with lounge, equipped kitchen, wc.
- 2nd floor: 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with private bathroom/wc, 3 bedrooms for 2 people, each with double bed and private bathroom/wc, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathtub and a toilet converted into a cabin, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. A telecommuting area is available in each bedroom.
- 3rd floor: a 60m² room can be used as a dance hall (food and drink not permitted).
Outside, 2 terraces await you, as well as 6 private parking spaces. A teleworking area is available in each room. The owner's cellar is available for use of the washing machines/dryers.
