Belle Ile en Mer is wild and majestic, with breathtaking scenery ranging from the cliffs and needles of Port Coton to Pointe des Poulains, Donnant beach and turquoise coves... Discover its natural treasures by bike or on foot, thanks to 120 km of trails. During your stay, in addition to swimming, you can enjoy a wide range of activities: hiking, horseback riding, golf, thalassotherapy, water sports, etc. Don't miss Sauzon, a charming little fishing port, and Le Palais, with its Vauban citadel. In this little world of its own, you'll still find all the shops you need for your stay. The house is located between Le Palais and Bangor. With a large garden planted with trees and flowers, you'll find peace and serenity. The owners, who have travelled the world for many years, have brought back from their travels various pieces of furniture and objects that contribute to the unique and original decoration of the rental!

Both spacious and atypical in its layout, this house has a main part and two adjoining outbuildings.
The main house comprises
- First floor: entrance hall, living room with sitting area, large kitchen opening onto a living room and another sitting room with adjoining storeroom/laundry area, separate toilet and 1 bedroom (1 high 180cm bed) with private bathroom (bath and shower).
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room and toilet.
The outbuildings (accessible from outside) offer:
- First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room and separate toilet.
- Upstairs, accessible via an outside staircase: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed).
Outside: you'll enjoy a large, private, beautifully landscaped garden with an unoverlooked terrace. Parking space in front of the house for 2 vehicles.
