In the Lorient region of Southern Brittany, Riantec, a friendly seaside town, awaits you for your next holiday! Riantec is bordered by the little sea of Gâvres: one of the most remarkable ecological sites on the Atlantic coast, thanks to the diversity of its environments and its thousands of birds. This small inland sea is ideal at low tide for fishing, and at high tide for swimming, as well as for water sports (kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing...). Not to be missed during your stay: Port Louis, with its citadel, small port and Compagnie des Indes museum. From Port-Louis, you can take the "Batobus" to Lorient, the city of 5 ports.

The Holiday cottage is a large, beautiful vacation home, nestled in 750 m² of fully enclosed grounds. Here, you'll enjoy a heated, sheltered 8 x 4 m outdoor swimming pool! On the first floor: a large 60 m² living room with lounge, living room and fitted kitchen. Also on this level: a master suite (1 bed in 160) with dressing room and private shower room, then a separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs: a mezzanine with TV lounge area, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 beds in 90 and a 3rd bedroom with 1 bed in 160), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside: two terraces, one overlooking the Piscine, a garden, and 2 parking spaces. The Piscine is open from mid-May to the end of September, with a depth of 1.65 m at the bottom and 1 m at the sides. The owner lives in the neighboring house.
