Located close to the Finistère border, Ploemeur is less than an hour's drive from the charming towns of Quimper and Pont-Aven.

The first floor comprises an entrance hall leading to a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room opening onto the terrace, and a toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom and WC with separate washbasin, and 3 bedrooms, one with 1 x 90cm bed, the other with 1 x 140cm bed, and the third with 1 x 160cm bed and a lounge/office area. Outside, you'll appreciate the east-facing terrace and enclosed garden at the rear of the house. At the front of the house, you can park your car in the driveway. You have access to the garage for the washing machine and for storing your bikes and beach equipment (no car parking available). Attached to two other houses.
