Fifteen kilometers southeast of Vannes and six kilometers east of the Gulf of Morbihan, Surzur has the privilege of being both rural and coastal. Its charm and tranquility are enhanced by the radiance of the Golfe du Morbihan and the Presqu'île de Rhuys. The sea plays an important role in Surzur: the oyster-farming area and the "route de l'huître" (oyster route) demonstrate the importance of this activity. Surzur's geographical location close to the motorway makes it easy to explore the highlights of our beautiful département.

The gite is located at the entrance to the Rhuys peninsula, close to the Golfe du Morbihan. A swimming pool with slides is available all year round (3 kms away).
- Independent, single-storey gîte offering: kitchenette, living room/lounge area, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed (140cm) and one with 2 single beds (90cm)), shower room and separate toilet.
Outside: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, 3000 m² garden, laundry room.
