This vacation home welcomes you with family or friends for a well-deserved rest, while discovering the attractions of Morbihan, both on the Armor (sea) side and the Argoat (land) side.

Arradon enjoys a privileged environment and geographical location. Just a stone's throw from Vannes and close to Auray, the town has everything you need for a successful stay! You'll be charmed by its sumptuous coastline and its multitude of islands offering magnificent panoramas along the coastal paths. The beaches of Penboc'h and Kerbilouet are perfect for lazy days at high tide. The village and shops are just a 5-minute drive away.
The house is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from beaches and coves, and access to the Sentier des Douaniers, the GR34, is just a 3-minute walk away, so you're sure to enjoy some great walks!

The gîte is as follows:
- First floor: entrance hall, open-plan kitchen, living room with open-plan lounge. There are also 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 190, 2 beds 90 x 190 - including 1 bunk bed for a child), a shower room and a toilet. Part of the garage is accessible to you to use the washing machine and to store your belongings, bikes/motorbikes.
- Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms (1 x 180 x 200 bed and 1 x 140 x 190 bed), a bathroom with wc and a games/reading area on the mezzanine.
Outside, on a 75m² south-facing enclosed plot, you'll enjoy a terrace and a small garden. Two private parking spaces inside the property. The gîte is adjoined (by a carport) to the owners' house. Gîte presented in 4-person version under reference 56G31023.
