Lodging located on the 1st floor with independent entrance (secured staircase with barrier on the terrace): - Living room: sitting area with two 80 x 190 beds, dining area and equipped kitchen - Bedroom with 160 x 200 double bed - Shower room with shower and WC Outside: Private 5-seater outdoor Spa. Hanging terrace with table, chairs, garden armchairs, electric barbecue and parasol.

Additional information: Located in a complex of three Holiday cottages on the owners' property, including their main home and farm 300m away. Communal areas and facilities: Electricity charging point with meter (invoiced according to actual consumption).
