Ty Plouz welcomes you for your vacations in Southern Brittany! This all-inclusive gite has a heated swimming pool and a gym.

Close to the Gulf of Morbihan and 15 minutes from Vannes, discover Locqueltas, a peaceful commune in the countryside. The best way to explore this area is by hiking, with 3 circuits in the commune to help you discover its history and heritage. Just a kilometer from the gîte, you'll find the Pont Berthois pond, ideal for family fishing.
Locqueltas is an ideal destination for a relaxing break, close to all the major tourist attractions.

The gite is housed in a large, charming thatched cottage nestled in a private estate.

It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by an outside staircase. It offers :
- an entrance hall, a living room with lounge and kitchenette
- a large bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, en-suite shower room and toilet

You'll enjoy the heated swimming pool (approx. 28°) (12 x 5 m) under sliding cover, a sports room, and the large garden (shared with the owners and the other gite) with garden furniture. Shared parking with the other gite. The swimming pool is heated and open from mid-May to mid-October.
The gîte is located in the owners' house, adjoining gite 1204 (2 people), and has its own private entrance.
