Ideally located between Vannes (City of Art and History) and Auray (charming little town). From the gite, 5 minutes by car is all it takes to reach the expressway and discover the treasures of southern Morbihan: Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon, Sarzeau... Just 10 minutes away, the Gulf of Morbihan opens its doors to you: intimate coves, small beaches, points, islands... These panoramas, worthy of a postcard, can be discovered on foot along the coastal path or by boat (pier in Vannes or Baden). Families will appreciate the Ty Mathurien gite's mezzanine children's area, while couples wishing to stay together will enjoy the privacy of two shower rooms.
The Holiday cottage offers:
- First floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with shower and washbasin, separate toilet.
- 1st floor: mezzanine with TV and gaming area, 1 bedroom (2 x 90 x 190 beds), bathroom and separate toilet.
- 2nd floor: a large bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190).
Outside: private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha. Shared: garden (not enclosed) and parking lot (to the rear of the Holiday cottage). Holiday cottage adjoining gite 56G16418 and next to the owners' house.

Cotes d armor Un séjour parfait
Accueilli avec gentillesse par la propriétaire far breton offert et bouteille de cidre jus d orange et eau (belle attention) beau gîte accueillant près de vannes dans un endroit calme. Gîte bien équipé on a manqué de rien c était parfait on y reviendra merci beaucoup

WE détente Superbe séjour
Tout était parfait. Superbe gîte, accueil au top,
Chaque couple a son intimité du fait des 2 salles de bain et toilettes. Région toujours aussi authentique : Vannes et Auray sont très chouettes à visiter. Nous aimerions pouvoir y venir et rester plus longtemps.- Cleanliness
