All on one level, this rental offers you: a 27m² living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge opening onto the terrace. There's also a large bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed) with access to the terrace and en-suite shower room/wc. Outside: a south-facing terrace and a small garden, both unoverlooked, a second north-facing terrace, a laundry room accessible from outside, and a private parking space in the gated courtyard. The Holiday cottage (formerly a guest house) is located on the owners' fully enclosed property.
