This vacation home is ideally located for exploring all the "highlights" of our beautiful département, and is just a few minutes from the motorways for day trips. Within a radius of less than 10 km, there's no shortage of activities: museums, golf, horse-riding, cinema, bowling, casino! The Conleau site in the commune boasts a small beach for swimming, and is also the starting point for the coastal path! A 15-minute drive will take you to the ferry terminal for a cruise on the Gulf or a stopover on the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan! For local gastronomy, the port is home to numerous restaurants!

The gîte is as follows:
- First floor: a living room of 40m², a large fitted kitchen, an office and games room, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 160x200), one with direct access to the terrace, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x190), shower room, separate toilet.
The gîte also boasts a fully-equipped terrace and a large garden that will delight children! Cars can park inside the property in the driveway. Towels are not available for hire.
