Locoal-Mendon, in Brittany's Morbihan region, offers local shops, and puts one foot on the sea in Locoal and one on land in Mendon. You'll discover exceptional natural sites such as the Chemin de Cadoudal, 8 km away, for a walk between land and sea, or the Ria d'Etel, 5 km away, with its oyster-farming route and marsh landscapes. Lapaul, just a 2-minute drive from the N165, offers quick access to Lorient or Vannes, with its historic center some 30 km away. The long beaches of Erdeven and the menhirs of Carnac are just 20 minutes away by car. Auray and the port of Saint Goustan are 10 km away. This 17th-century farmhouse is located in the heart of a picturesque village.

Ty Lapaul comprises a large living room with fitted kitchen/dining/living area on the first floor.
Upstairs, there's a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a 160x190 bed and a bedroom with two 90x190 Bunk beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. The fireplace cannot be used.
Outside, you'll enjoy a 17m² west-facing terrace, as well as an attractive 80m² garden bordered by a hedge, with fruit trees and well-equipped facilities (dining table, barbecue, parasol). Equipment available: trampoline, wooden horse (responsibility borne by users).

Up to three vehicles can be parked in front of the accommodation.
