Rental located in Surzur, at the entrance to the Presqu'ile de Rhuys, the ideal starting point for your day trips. Within a 20-kilometer radius, you can discover some of the must-see sites in southern Brittany: the beautiful beaches of Damgan, the Gulf of Morbihan with its coves and islands, the Château de Suscinio in Sarzeau, Vannes...
The gîte comprises a living room (pellet stove) with fitted kitchen, lounge and sitting room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds), shower room and separate toilet with washbasin.
Outside: an enclosed garden with a wooden terrace not overlooked and equipped with a barbecue, parking and a small shed for storing your belongings.
Entrance secured by electric gate. Adjoining the owner's home. The layout of the bedrooms does not allow the installation of a cot. Beds made on arrival.
