Between the Blavet river and the Ria d'Etel, discover Kervignac, a small, verdant Morbihan commune. Within a 10 km radius, you'll enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities: hiking, biking or horse-riding along the Blavet, tennis, fishing and horse-riding. Not to be missed during your stay: Hennebont Cité d'Art et d'Histoire with its basilica and stud farm, Lorient with its museums dedicated to the maritime world and its famous Interceltic Festival, and Gâvres with its small inland sea much appreciated by foot fishermen.

The Holiday cottage is laid out as follows: on the first floor, a large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a fireplace for cosy winter fires! On the same level (accessible by 2 steps): a bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 of which is a bunk bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the 1st floor, lounge area on the landing, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 x 160cm bed), one with private shower room (shower and bath). Also on the 1st floor: 1 bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, 1 separate toilet.

The 2nd floor features a large mezzanine bedroom converted into a dormitory (1 140cm sofa bed and 4 single beds including 1 bunk bed), a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room with shower and toilet.
Outside, an unfenced garden, two wooden terraces and private parking.
The owners give you access to the laundry room (first floor), for the washing machine.
