Situated on a 1300m² plot, this house comprises on the first floor a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a private shower room with toilet. A second bathroom with toilet is also available on this level. The second floor features a mezzanine bedroom with three 90x190 beds. Outside, you'll enjoy a south-facing terrace with dining table, barbecue, deckchairs and shade sail, as well as a garden. Up to two vehicles can be parked on the property.
