Need to recharge your batteries between land and sea? Stay in Landévant, a small commune located halfway between Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan and Lorient, the city of 3 ports. Just 5 km away lies the Ria d'Etel, one of the region's jewels, with its marshes and islets, including Saint Cado.
At the end of a small hamlet, discover this beautifully renovated vacation home, offering space, comfort and meticulous decoration. You'll feel right at home here!
First floor: living room with lounge, kitchen, wc, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with private shower room, laundry room.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 180cm bed) each with private shower room and toilet, mezzanine.
Outside: enclosed grounds with 500m² garden and gravel terrace. Covered carport. Close to the owner's accommodation. All beds are divisible by two.

Martin T Lovely gite - immaculately clean and comfortable
We had a fantastic stay in this lovely gite, which was exactly as depicted on the photos on the web site. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The garden was well kept and peaceful, with things like deck chairs and an umbrella, along with a quality barbecue with charcoal and lighters. All the bedrooms are ensuite with double beds which can be split into singles if required. Our kids loved having their own 'suites' to enjoy. The gite has all the equipment you would expect, but it was the extras which set it apart, like well stocked kitchen cupboards (such as oils, herbs, tea and coffee) and drawers full of DVDs to watch. Landevant has a supermarket with gas station (among other things like a bakery) and there is so much to see and enjoy locally. Thanks to the owner for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Une location que nous avons tous apprécié, très bon accueil, location d'une grande propreté,d'un grand confort, on apprécie les 3 salles de bain et toilettes indépendantes ,la sécurité pour nos deux voitures, bref c'était parfait Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Lesamis Très beau gîte
Très beau gîte, au grand confort et avec une décoration de goût. Tout y est ! Confort, propreté, équipements, accès, sécurité. De plus, sa situation est top pour visiter la région. Centrale, tout est à environ 30 km. Séjour agréable.
