With its 8 kilometers of coastline, Erdeven is one of the most sought-after seaside resorts in southern Morbihan. Situated between the Quiberon peninsula and the magnificent Ria d'Etel, Erdeven is renowned for its long sandy beaches and unspoilt golden dunes. Just 10 minutes away, Kerhillio beach welcomes you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea and board sports! Not to be missed during your stay: Carnac and its menhirs and Quiberon with its wild coastline.
The gite is a small detached house with:
- First floor: living room with kitchen (combined oven-microwave), living room and sitting room, then a shower room with toilet.
- Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with study area.
- Outside: private terrace and garden (not enclosed). Parking space in front of the gite.
The gite is located at the entrance to the owners' land, limiting the vis à vis between the two houses.
Bi-weekly rentals from mid-July to mid-August.

Loupiot29 Petit nid à Erdeven
Séjour très réussi dans ce petit gîte bien conçu, agréable et aménagé avec tout le confort souhaité. Son emplacement permet de belles promenades à pieds dans les bois environnants ou à vélos par le V45 (Quiberon, Etel, St Goustan...) Très bon accueil par des propriétaires très sympathiques. Même la météo de mi-octobre a été clémente avec de belles journées ensoleillées.
