Just a few kilometers from the Gulf of Morbihan, Ploemel is located between Auray, La Trinité sur Mer and Etel. You're just a few minutes from the fine sandy beaches of Erdeven, Plouharnel and Carnac. Ploemel boasts numerous hiking trails, as well as an outdoor leisure park with a lake, and a renowned golf course. Take a stroll and discover the town's architectural heritage. In Ploemel, vacationers enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
The south-facing gîte is as follows:
- First floor: a kitchen opening onto a living room, a bedroom (160x200 bed), a shower room with WC accessible from the bedroom, a laundry room with WC.
- Upstairs: a bedroom (two 90x190 beds), a shower room with WC accessible only from the bedroom, and a large mezzanine converted into a relaxation area.
Outside, you'll enjoy a garden with terrace and barbecue, as well as two private parking spaces.
