Ideally located near Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan and the Rhuys peninsula, Theix-Noyalo is a commune rich in history and heritage: the village of Le Gorvello, the Château du Plessis-Josso (a former fortified farm), the Kerentré cove (observation post for migratory and sedentary birds), the tidal mill and the Brural leisure park.
The Holiday cottage is an old stable turned into a pleasant Breton house, with antique furnishings inside, in a wooded setting close to a pond.
It offers:- Ground floor: kitchenette, living and dining room, wc.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm double bed, which can be converted into 2 80cm beds, and a second with 2 90cm beds), shower room.
Outside: parking, enclosed garden with terrace. Communal garden (900 m²) with portico, bowling green and sandpit. Fishing available.
2 bicycles available. Adjoining n°56G25125 and another apartment.

Super gîte très propre et très bien aménagé dans un endroit calme et agréable, entouré de nature. Un très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Vraiment aucune critique à formuler, nous avonc tout à fait apprécié.

Martine Au calme
Proche de Vannes et du golfe du Morbihan, gite confortable près d'un lac. Nous étions deux mais parfait aussi pour un couple et des enfants. Lieu plein de tranquilité.

PASKALOO SEJOUR AU CALME DANS LE MORBIHAN
Nous avons été accueillis par la soeur du propriétaire qui a bien présenté les lieux et environs. En cadeau : une bouteille de cidre et un paquet de gâteaux.
Le jardin est grand et on accède au lac à proximité. Le gite est situé dans une impasse, donc pas de bruit de circulation.
La cuisine américaine est bien pratique, et il y a de nombreux rangements à l'étage.
Les différents commerces et la ville de Vannes ne sont pas trop loin.- Cleanliness

Ced Un séjour magnifique dans le morbihan
Un bon séjour au coeur d une région magnifique le temps est de la partie en moyenne 24 degré sur la seconde quinzaine d août les jours de pluie plus compliqué mais la région est splendide a proximité de tout très rapidement je conseille vivement d avoir des vélos pour mieux profitez du coin super accueil du propriétaire discret mais très disponible l endroit est très calme une bulle hors du temps
