The ground-floor apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living room with kitchen, lounge and dining area opening onto the terrace, a bedroom (1 x 140 x 190 bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. If you're not staying as a couple, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed on request. Outside, on a 100 m² enclosed plot, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture, a small garden with sun loungers and a small lockable shed for your bicycles. For parking, 2 spaces are reserved in the parking lot. The building houses 11 apartments. The gite has a mini-oven.
