Within a 40kms radius, you can visit Guérande and its famous salt marshes, La Baule which is one of Brittany's most popular seaside resorts, Rochefort en terre elected French favorite village in 2016 with its beautiful Christmas illuminations, La Gacilly with its museums dedicated to plants and its art craftsmen... Lovers of nature, hiking and fishing will appreciate the proximity of the Vilaine River. The gite is located in the quiet countryside of St-Dolay, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by this beautiful stone building, formerly a farmhouse. The gite is an old family home, decorated in a refined style, with spacious rooms and all the comforts you need for your stay.

Gîte suitable for disabled guests.

1st floor: 3 double bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed divisible into an 80cm bed, and 1 triple bedroom (1 160cm bed divisible into 2x80cm and 1 90cm bed), shower room and wc.
Outside: terrace, 1200m² enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, portico and covered bicycle shed. Parking lot. Nearby farm not visible from the gîte.
Possibility of renting a reception room (located between the 2 gites) for €200 per weekend, except July/August.
