In Morbihan, 10 minutes from the pier for Ile aux Moines and Ile d'Arz, nestled in the heart of the Gulf. A 5-minute drive will take you to the expressway, allowing you to explore all the treasures of the department: Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon, the Ria d'Etel, Vannes, the Presqu'ile de Rhuys... Camping du Hallate (owned by the owner) is 100m away, and is open in season (July and August).

The gîte is as follows:
- First floor: a spacious, bright 46m² living room with kitchen and lounge area, wc.
- 1st floor: two bedrooms (one 140cm bed, one 160cm bed divisible by 2) and another small bedroom with a 120cm bed, a shower room (Italian shower) with wc.
Outside: terrace, enclosed garden with parking space. Beds made up on arrival if linen hired. Close to the owner's house.
