Peaceful vacations near the Ria d'Etel. Landaul is a charming Breton village, the link between Armor, the land of the sea, and Argoat, the land of the woods. The village is located at the north end of the magnificent Ria d'Etel, at the very end of the river.... Here, you'll be right in the heart of the most beautiful tourist sites in southern Morbihan, and just a few kilometers from the sea. The commune of Landaul is ideally situated between Vannes and Lorient, and close to the expressway for quick access to the department's tourist attractions.
The Holiday cottage is a small traditional house in a quiet hamlet.
On one level, it comprises a living room with kitchen and sitting area, as well as a bedroom (1 double bed (140cm) and 1 baby bed), bathroom and toilet.
Outside: 115m² private garden with old bread oven, garden furniture, covered terrace and barbecue. The garden is beautifully planted with flowers and trees, earning it 1st prize in the 2022 "maisons fleuries" competition!
Holiday cottage adjoining gîte 963, close to another gîte and the owner's house. The accommodation's meter does not allow you to recharge your electric vehicle. Electric recharging point 2 km away.

Caroline Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte. L’accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire étaient très sympathiques. Le logement est agréable et fonctionnel, pas besoin de chichis en plus pour passer un bon moment! Petit plus pour le four à pain qui est joli et bien utile en cas de chaleur pour manger dehors! (Il ne pleut pas en Bretagne !). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Françoise Jolie maison dans environnement fleuri
Bel accueil par la propriétaire aimable et souriante avec un bon gâteau maison. Gîte simple mais confortable dans un cadre très fleuri et authentique. Calme avec de belles balades à proximité. Merci d'avoir accepté nos 2 chiens . A retenir pour un prochain séjour.

Nous avons été accueillis au gîte, niché dans un coin de verdure, par le sourire et la simplicité de la propriétaire. Le courant est passé très vite. Que dire de cette maison de poupée authentique, bretonne sinon que nous y trouvons absolument tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner sereinement. Nous sommes ravis de ces quelques jours "parenthèses" pour sortir de la monotonie de l'hiver !
