Located in the heart of the Golfe du Morbihan, Baden is a popular holiday destination for its quality of life and numerous outdoor activities for all ages! Tennis, horse-riding, Hiking from the rental site and even Golf (just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage for green lovers!) For those who love boating, Fishing and Water sports, the Gulf is an open-air leisure area! L'Ile aux Moines and l'Ile d'Arz can be discovered by day via the Port Blanc pier (10 minutes from the Holiday cottage). For swimming, opt for the 7 iles beach, where you'll find a sandbank at high tide, and enjoy the private swimming pool, heated to 25°C by a dedicated system, with a sliding cover to preserve the temperature!

This comfortable and spacious vacation rental of 180 m² is composed as follows:
- First floor: a large living room with lounge, living room and fitted kitchen. Also on this level: a bedroom (1 bed 180 x 200), a shower room, two separate toilets and a laundry room (with dishwasher).
- Upstairs: a mezzanine with a small lounge, a 4-person bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 and 1 bed 160x190, convertible into 2 x 80), two further bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 190), a bathroom and separate wc.
Outside: a large 600m² garden to the front of the house, and to the rear: a south/west-facing terrace and the private heated 8.5 x 4.5 m Piscine (open from May 1 to late September and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). Two private parking spaces. The Holiday cottage has a full basement (not accessible) used by the owners who live next door.
