The rental comprises a fully-equipped kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms are available, each with a 140cm bed. There's also a bathroom (bath) and separate toilet. The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers an unobstructed view of the Golf du Morbihan and the park. Ideal for a relaxing, soothing vacation.

Private, enclosed parking. Two parking spaces are available. The apartment is accessible by stairs.
For Hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 passes less than 100 meters from the apartment.
Opposite the residence, you'll find a slipway for launching boats.
