Located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Golfe du Morbihan, Damgan is a popular seaside resort with its coastal landscapes and 5km-long sandy spit. With its panoramic views, waterside benches where you can admire the Rivière de Pénerf, the gentle rocking of the boats in the harbor 800m away, its restaurants and chapel, the town has retained a certain charm. Take the time to sit back and contemplate the "glitter" on the water and the passing boats. Admit it, it makes you want to?

The Holiday cottage is on the ground floor of the house. It is as follows:
Equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. Shower room with toilet. Two bedrooms, the first with a 160x200 electric bed, the second with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed. Outside, you'll enjoy a 161m² terrace and garden with dining table, barbecue and deckchairs. Holiday cottage 56G5215 is located upstairs. Shared parking. Lodging connected to fiber. Accessible to people with reduced mobility. Wheelchair available on request. The owners can rent bicycles, sea kayaks and an AMPARES 580 HB boat by the day or half-day. Please contact them for more information. Piscine heated to 27°, 15m× 4.5m, 1.40 deep, and Kids pool 3mx3m, 28cm deep, open all year round, shared with the other Holiday cottage and the owners' campsite.

    Appartement correct mais...

    Procédure d'arrivée pas claire du tout: on réserve sur Abritel, mais il faut payer sur GiteBreizh, et ce n'est pas clair sur les options (draps, ménage, etc.)
    Surtout, l'environnement immédiat n'est pas agréable du tout : le gîte est derrière un hangar, il y a encore des travaux (sacs de gravats devant la porte d'entrée, finitions de la piscine pas terminée...) et l'agencement est à revoir: fenêtre qui donnent sur les poubelles, jardin pas très accueillant avec ses herbes folles et ses murs d'enceinte... Et impossible d'ouvrir entièrement le lave linge ce qui est très malcommode. Plus le passage lié aux allers et venus du camping avec lequel est partagé la piscine.
    Des améliorations majeures sont à apporter...

Concernant les options, nous transmettons tous les éléments mais l'affichage sur leur site est de leur responsabilité.     Séjour juillet 2024

    Gite au calme, très fonctionnel, avec des équipements de qualité. Une literie excellente. Accès au wifi illimité (très pratique pour nos ados). Accès à toutes les commodités du camping juste à côté, ainsi qu'à la nouvelle piscine couverte et bien chauffée. Parfait quand la météo est un peu capricieuse. Accès à l'océan facilement à quelques mètres à pieds.

    Au bout d'une péninsule du Morbihan

    Sympathique gîte aux abords d’un camping d’habitués où les ballades à pied ou en vélo sont obligatoires, belle piscine chauffée très appréciable a quelques pas, charmant village avec tous commerces, pour un séjour au calme et à la détente.
