Just 500 m from the gîte, you'll find a small beach and a playground, which will be much appreciated if you're traveling with your children. In the commune, you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches of Kervegant (2.5 km away) and Magouero (4 km away) in the heart of wild landscapes, between dunes and ocean, which together offer a stretch of sand of over 11 km. During your stay, don't miss Carnac and its famous menhirs, Gâvres and its small inland sea that will delight anglers on foot, Belz and Saint Cado with its famous house, Etel with its port and landscaped lake...
The layout is as follows:
- First floor: a lovely living room with fitted kitchen, living room and sitting room, opening onto the terrace, as well as a shower room and separate toilet with washbasin.
- Upstairs: the landing opens onto the master bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) and a small bedroom recommended for a child under 10 (1 x 80cm bed). From upstairs, you'll enjoy a view of the Sea over the Ria!
Outside, you'll find a private terrace, with table and garden furniture, facing south/west, where you can soak up the sun during the day. Private parking is at the gable end of the Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage is located on the owner's fully enclosed and secure estate.
For wood for the stove in winter, please contact the owner. During vacations, June and September: rental from Friday to Friday.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Selbst ein Frühstück für den ersten Tag war vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Pierre Repos et super accueil
L'accueil était vraiment excellent.
Plusieurs petites attentions nous attendaient dans le logement.
Literie parfaire, salle de bain spacieuse, cuisine moderne et petite terrasse.
Tout est fait pour y passer un agréable séjour.

Famille Hemery séjour aout 2024
Nous sommes venus séjourner au gîte "La pépite" pour la 2nde fois avec nos filles (6 et 2 ans). Comme l'indique notre aînée "on est comme à la maison". Le gîte est confortable et tout est parfaitement pensé, bien aménagé, équipé... il ne manque rien. Proche de la plage et du sentier côtier pour de belles ballades autour de la Ria. Nous avons retrouvé et apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant des propriétaires, Isabelle et Didier, qui ne manquent pas de bons conseils pour profiter des activités touristiques. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Le gîte pourrait s'appeler calme, repos, détente ou encore magnifique. 15 jours passés chez Isabelle & Didier, en toute sérénité (tiens encore un adjectif qui irait). Paysages magnifiques, plages désertes, bronzage et visites ont été au programme durant notre séjour. Sans oublier le barbecue avec 15 jours de beau temps (qui a dit qu'il pleut en Bretagne ?)
