On the Locoal peninsula, come and discover the charms of the Ria d'Etel with its seashores and numerous hiking trails. The gite is located 200 m from a small beach in a bay. Erdeven is only 15 km away for fine sandy beaches. O'Perchoir opens its doors to you in all simplicity, here the atmosphere is cosy thanks to a chic brocante-style decoration, made up of antique furniture and old crockery. It's a friendly place, where you'll find it a real pleasure to set down your suitcases! To enjoy the sea, the owner lends you 2 inflatable paddles and 2 kayaks (from May to the end of October).
The Holiday cottage offers:
- First floor: living room with lounge, equipped kitchen, 2nd living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room, wc with washbasin.
- 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 (can be converted into a yoga room - 8 mats provided), 1 bedroom with 4 beds 90x190, shower room with wc.
- 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 5 single beds 90x190 (under construction), 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, and a shower room with wc.
Outside, there's a gravel terrace, a garden and 2 private parking spaces. Another free public parking lot is located in the small square opposite the Holiday cottage. The gite is not suitable for parties due to the nearby neighborhood. The Holiday cottage has a washing machine.

Mlg Week-end inoubliable
Un séjour inoubliable dans un magnifique gîte tout confort. Nous y avons fêté les 80 ans de notre mère et la famille comme les amis présents ont loué la qualité et l’emplacement du gîte dans cette magique Ria d’Etel.
C’est un lieu très apaisant, restauré et meublé avec goût, le mobilier chiné donne le sentiment d’être comme à la maison, on se sent tout de suite bien en entrant dans ce gîte.
Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et accueillants.

Lucie Au delà de nos attentes
La maison est extrêmement bien conçue avec deux pièces différentes pour manger. L'absence de télé est un plus. Les chambres sont grandes et les matelas confortables. L'extérieur est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la crêperie. Notre hôte était très réactive et nous l'en remercions. C'est une adresse à garder.
