Ideally located for walking to the Beach (Kerver is 750m away, Goh Velins 1 km), this recent, independent, light-filled house welcomes you for a comfortable stay with family or friends. You'll appreciate its meticulous decoration, its peace and quiet (cul-de-sac in the residence where Kids can play in safety), its quality bedding, its 2 terraces, one of which faces south, its pleasant enclosed garden, as well as the baby equipment and the all-inclusive stay: cleaning, linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) and recharging of an electric vehicle (20A mains socket with 30 mA differential circuit breaker: bring a suitable cable).

Saint Gildas de Rhuys is famous for its sandy beaches, its thousand-year-old abbey and its coastal paths offering superb ocean views. Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy walks or bike rides along the coastline on either side of the Golfe du Morbihan, as well as water sports activities such as golf, tennis, horseback riding, sailing and diving. You can also discover the typical ports, heritage and unspoilt landscapes of the surrounding area: the Château de Suscinio, the Cairn du Petit Mont, Port du Crouesty or Port Navalo, the ideal starting point for exploring the Golfe du Morbihan and its islands.
