At the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, a city of Art and History, is the ideal starting point for discovering the coastline, the islands and the entire Morbihan department. You'll be less than 1km from the marina, the ramparts and their French gardens, and the old town center with its magnificent half-timbered houses and cobbled streets.
0.1km from the rental, you can board a bus that will drop you off in 10 minutes at the ferry terminal, where you can embark at any time of year for a guided tour or a stopover on Belle-Ile, Ile aux Moines, Houat, Ile d'Arz... Bikes can be rented 0.4km from the gîte.
The rental is located on the second floor of a 2-storey stone building with no elevator. This building was once the Vannes printing works. The apartment comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, a living room with fitted kitchen, lounge, living room. One bedroom with a 160x200 bed. The bedroom has a private shower room. There is also an independent toilet and a storeroom. The living room opens onto a 2.6 m² balcony. A parking space is reserved for you in a courtyard shared by 11 units. The courtyard is secured by an electric gate.

Une situation idéale proche de la gare et du centre-ville, bien au calme.
Un lieu assez original dans un ancien bâtiment, avec une jolie vue sur des arbres en face, très bien aménagé avec tous les équipements utiles.
Un accueil très courtois du propriétaire et de bon conseils.
Bref, une excellente semaine de vélo autour du golfe en journée et la découverte de très bons restaurants pour les soirées- Cleanliness

Ph&A Très beau gîte, bien équipé, bien placé.
Le lieu (immeuble, cour, appartement) a un vrai cachet.
Les fenêtres et balcon du gîte donnent sur la cour intérieure, offrant une vue reposante.
L'appartement, avec son agencement original et fonctionnel, est lumineux et agréable à vivre. Il est en très bon état, son équipement est riche, complet.
Accueil bien sympathique par le propriétaire très prévenant.
La place de parking est fort bienvenue, mais elle impose quelques manoeuvres, même avec une voiture de petit gabarit.
A pieds, on est très vite dans le vieux Vannes (rues commerçantes et remparts).

Le gite est très bien situé à quelques minutes du centre historique de Vannes.
Le lieu est très calme.
Le gite est agréable, bien équipé et la place de parking est très appréciée.
L'accueil par notre hôte a été très convivial, pragmatique et de n bons conseils.

B&O Sous le charme de Vannes
Superbe appartement bien aménagé et calme.
Idéalement situé entre la gare et la vieille ville.
Accueil agréable et propriétaire à l'écoute.
Vannes est une ville magnifique disposant d'un très bon réseau de transports ce qui est précieux lorsqu'on n'a pas de voiture.
Le GR côtier accessible à pied du port et l'île d'Arz qu'on peut rejoindre en bateau permettent de belles escapades.
