At the gateway to Auray, Brec'h is a vast commune crossed by the Loch river, which joins the Auray river to flow into the Gulf of Morbihan. Just a few kilometers from the vacation rental, the Tréauray valley is a lush green place where the Loch river becomes a veritable pond. The valley is a great place to fish for trout and pike. Mills, fountains and rocks line the paths along the river. It's an ideal place for beautiful walks. From the gîte, you'll be 15 minutes from the expressway for your escapades: Quiberon, Carnac, Vannes, Sarzeau, the Golfe du Morbihan, the Ria d'Etel: lots of beautiful sites to discover!

The vacation rental is a beautiful stone farmhouse, set in a quiet cul-de-sac.
First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area opening onto the garden. On the same level: a large bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a bathroom (bath and shower) with toilet, a storage/laundry area and a separate toilet with washbasin. The bedroom and bathroom have been adapted for people with mobility difficulties. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), shower room with toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a large unfenced garden with garden furniture and deckchairs. At the end of the garden, Kids will love the owners' animals: pig, goose, hens, 2 goats, horse, pony and 1 donkey! Private courtyard in front of the house with 2 parking spaces. Holiday cottage located next to the owners' house and adjoining a building they use as a cellar/hangar. Access to the ground-floor shower room and storage area is via the bedroom.
