Its immediate proximity to the port and shops, within easy walking distance, guarantees a convenient, stress-free vacation.
Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden, ideal for Kids, and an indoor swimming pool, a real asset for relaxing, whatever the weather. It's the perfect place to prolong the pleasures of swimming after your strolls along the ria d'Étel or your days at the Beach.
Étel, a charming commune and former fishing port, is renowned for its gentle way of life. It's the ideal place to go fishing on foot, or to try out water sports such as kayaking, sailing or stand-up paddling. And don't forget to try the famous local oysters, the pride of the region.

North side: enclosed area with terrace including outdoor table, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol. Covered, unheated Piscine (8.8 x 4m, maximum depth 1.95 m) open from May to October, weather permitting. Shed available.
South-facing terrace and gated courtyard. Parking available in the courtyard or on the street.
