- On the first floor: a living room with fitted kitchen, living room and sitting room opening onto the terrace and a toilet with washbasin. There's also a laundry room adjoining the house and accessible from outside.
- Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a small bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) including 1 bunk bed, and a shower room.
There's also a private terrace and small garden. The gîte is located at the end of a house housing 2 other rental properties, with parking (in front of the house) and a large shared, unfenced garden (with direct access to the sea).
