Located in a hamlet 7 km from Carnac, 10 minutes from the Sea and less than 5 km from local shops (supermarket, bakery...). This renovated 17th-century longère invites you to relax in the calm of the Countryside, set back from the road. For your vacations in Brittany, you'll be able to enjoy a wide range of activities: Hiking (trails 700m away, GR341 7km away), thalassotherapy (6km away), Casino, megaliths, architectural heritage, beaches...
This vacation rental with separate entrance features:
- First floor: living room with lounge/kitchen, toilet with washbasin and laundry room.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 180x200 divisible into 2x90, 1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 90x200), a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, there's a 2000 m² enclosed garden with trees and hedges, a swing and a sandpit. Terrace to the south (26 m²) and west (40 m²).
Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's home, but totally independent (opposite entrance, hedge to separate garden...). Cleaning service available on request. Monthly rentals available from early October to late March.

Elise nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux, dans son joli gîte très bien aménagé. Un grand jardin, un lieu proche de Carnac mais à l'écart de l'agitation et du bruit. Un séjour reposant, et très agréable. Un grand merci à Elise.

Superbe location très bien située. Tout est parfait , propreté,équipement, confort dans un endroit très calme avec la visite des chevreuils le matin. L'accueil et gentillesse de la propriétaire est plus que sympathique!
Bref,hâte d'être de revenir l'année prochaine.
