This magnificent estate was once the holiday home of the Comtesse de Ségur, who inspired her most beautiful novels! Here, a change of scenery is guaranteed: the château's grounds are vast and rich: outbuildings, a wood, a meadow where the deer come to stroll, in an exceptional panorama with private pedestrian access to the Auray river and the viaduct. Nature lovers will be delighted, and children will be enchanted by the large garden, tennis court and other outdoor play facilities (table tennis, badminton, trampoline, swing set, bowling green...). But above all, the estate's most attractive feature is its large 16 x 8 m outdoor swimming pool. For day trips, Pluneret is only 5 minutes from the motorway, and all the tourist sites are within easy reach: the Gulf of Morbihan, Carnac and its menhirs, La Trinité sur Mer and its port, Locmariaquer and its beaches, etc...

The apartment is located on the 2nd (and top) floor of the château. It is composed as follows:
- On the main level: a living room with kitchen, living room and sitting room, then 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 190), a shower room and a separate toilet.
- On the duplex level (steep staircase): a mezzanine bed (2 x 90 x 190 beds).
A laundry room with 3 washing machines is available on the 2nd floor (shared with the 5 other apartments).
Outside, there are several areas with garden furniture and barbecues in the grounds, as well as a small covered area with washbasins. There are 5 other apartments in the château, a Holiday cottage, a Cabin and the owners' house. All facilities (playground, Piscine...) and parking are shared. The estate is bordered by the train line to the north, with all accommodation, park and activities (tennis, Piscine, games) to the south.
