Port-Louis is a historic seaside town and a tourist resort, thanks to its beautiful beaches and coves and its various leisure activities. Vibrant all year round, the city offers a wide choice of stores and restaurants. Visit the magnificently preserved Citadelle with its Compagnie des Indes Museum, admire the picturesque fishing port, swim at the supervised Pâtis beach, go fishing on foot... Take advantage of the batobus cruise to Gâvres and Lorient. In summer, Groix is accessible from Port-Louis every day.
This detached vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a stone's throw from the town center. On foot or by bike, you can quickly get to the sea or the shops for your shopping! It offers:
- First floor: entrance hall, living room with lounge, dining area and kitchen, bedroom (1 x 160 x 200 bed), shower room and separate toilet.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 190), and a bathroom with toilet.
The gîte has a large basement for storing your sports and beach gear.
Outside, on enclosed grounds, you'll enjoy a gravelled courtyard at the front of the house with garden furniture and barbecue, a garden at the rear and 3 parking spaces in the driveway. Orange TV and fiber.

En 40 ans de location avec les gîtes de France, nous n'avions jamais eu un gîte aussi bien équipé. Excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Agréable séjour à proximité des commerces et de la mer.

Céline Super séjour à Port Louis
Super accueil de la propriétaire, plein de bons conseils. Le gîte est très complet, très bien décoré c’était un séjour fort agréable. L’été ce doit être également très sympathique de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin.

Vivier Superbe gîte
Comme on aimerait que tous les gîtes 3 épis aient le même niveau de prestation que celui-ci.
Rien ne manque dans ce gîte chaleureux et confortable à souhait. Proche du bord de mer et du centre de Port Louis, on peut tout faire à pied avec en prime un environnement des plus calme.
Sans oublier la propriétaire aux petits soins pour que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Et très bonne réactivité en cas de problème (petit souci de chaudière très rapidement réglé).- Cleanliness

Charlotte Très bien !
Hôte très accueillante, dans un gîte tout équipé. À deux pas de la plage et des commerces, dans une région superbe pour les vacances.
Les enfants ont apprécié d'avoir une chambre pour chacun, c'est agréable pour se reposer.
