The gîte is located between the most popular tourist sites: on one side the Bay of Quiberon and the long beaches of Carnac and Erdeven, on the other the Gulf of Morbihan with its postcard-worthy landscapes: islands, coves, parks... Just 6kms away: Auray and its port of Saint Goustan with its shops and artists' studios. Here, between the pleasures of the sea and discovery, there's no shortage of activities.
This vacation rental is as follows:
- First floor: an open-plan living room with sitting area and kitchenette, a shower room with toilet, and a laundry room.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90cm beds).
Unenclosed garden for enjoying fine weather. Outside you'll find garden furniture with parasol and barbecue. Private parking lot. Gîte located close to the owner, with access to the owners' workshop for use of the shared tumble dryer.
For safety reasons and for the comfort of other guests, smoking is not permitted in the gîte.

Gary 4 times can't be bad
This was our 4th stay in this gite so it must be good! We always enjoy our stays primarily because of the location, just a few minutes walk from local shops and the weekly market, a good starting point for walks, a few minutes drive from a large Supermarket and the local biscuit factory shop, a short drive to the best local markets, shops and nature reserves. The gite is comfortable and well equipped and because we are familiar we know what equipment to bring with us to have a home from home. the hosts always make us feel welcome and our 2 week stay never seems long enough. We hope to be back again next year

Bonne situation géographique, absence de lave-vaisselle, pas de cabinet de toilette à l'étage, pas de jardin privatif, calme. Propriétaire sympathique.

Bonjour,
Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous sommes toutefois un peu surpris par certaines de vos remarques, car l'annonce du gîte ne mentionne à aucun moment la présence d'un lave-vaisselle ni d'un cabinet de toilette à l'étage. De plus, le jardin indiqué dans le descriptif est bien réservé exclusivement aux locataires du gîte.
Nous espérons que votre séjour fut agréable.

Séjour très agréable. C'est la deuxième fois que nous avons réservé ce gite très bien situé. Le propriétaire est accueillant sympathique et pas exigeant. Il accorde volontiers sa confiance.
