- Second floor: lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160x200 bed, a second bedroom with 3 90x200 beds, 1 baby bed), wc.

Outside: 500 m² enclosed garden with boules area and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

At your disposal, a Fishing Holiday cottage (approved by the Fishing Federation - an outside water point, an independent secure room with sink, refrigerator, bubbling tank and various equipment racks) with the possibility of storing bicycles in a secure area.

Private parking, secure garage for 2 motorcycles and dart board available.
